A large country park which very popular with dog walkers. It has large open areas where you can let the dogs off the lead. Also a nice little cafe where you can enjoy a hot drink afterwards and a sausage for the dog.
Free parking which is always a plus. Toilets and cafe just by car park. A not so large and simple park for the children's to play. The walk around the park was pretty tricky with a buggy as it just got stuck in the mud, but we made it round it's fair size in about an hour. Lovely views all around and plenty of room for every one to run around.
Lovely park for a day out and a picnic. Wonderful place to take kids and get a food and drink from the little cafe. Does need modernising a little bit as cafe is small and dosent take card and there's not a lot of seating. Mist of the paths are really muddy in wet or cold weather so could be changed to gravel or chippings apart from that great Park for walks or picnics.
Great place to take your dog if you have one nice setting in countryside the people are very nice and have a chat l found it really relaxing they got a small kiosk were you can get hot food nice people running it is well used in summer very popular.
Lovely woodland park. Good for children and dog walking. Excellent cafe, serving good value breakfasts, lunch, drinks etc.
